Call history not updating on the fly when deleted

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Clear all call history from the app
  2. The call history keeps showing until the app is restarted

Expected behavior

The call history should look empty as soon as it is deleted

Actual behavior

When the call history is deleted the view is not updated until the app is restarted. This is similar to #146, but for deleted call history.
