add undo and redo for all tools

Feature description

In the photo editor, there is only a back button, no redo, and only on the draw tool. I would rather have undo and redo buttons in the top bar, and to work on all the tools

Why do you want this feature?

Redo: so I can redo edits

Top bar : so it is consistent across all the tools
