Openable url for IMs

Feature description

While adding an IM for Contacts there could be an option to fill title and then add a URL for it. Title will be shown while clicking it will open the URL.

Why do you want this feature?

I keep my contacts in fossify private storage (I use full fossify suite). So whatsapp etc can't get my contacts. So having this feature I can add there whatsapp chat url (https://wa.me/91xxxxxxxxx) and clicking it will open whatsapp chat.

Additional information

1. If standards don't allow then just an feature to click an field (which is URL) can be opened is enough. I can keep their IM handle URL there without title.
2. It is currently possible to add their handle as Website and it does the job. But it is kinda hacky. (Like opening my .vcf export in some good tool and trying to manage and sort things will not work as expected)
3. English is not my first language.
