Transfer deleted contacts to the wastebin.

Why do you want this feature?

So that this action can be reversed in cases like https://github.com/FossifyOrg/Contacts/issues/116#issue-2262404992.

Additional information

Wouldn't necessarily be necessary for me if a deletion action would work with https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/1662#issue-181738080, but that isn't true for every server.
