Deleting contacts deletes all contacts with the same name

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create two contacts with same name with 'merge contacts' option turned off
2. delete one of the contact

Expected behavior

Do not delete contacts not select to be deleted

Actual behavior

Deleted contacts with matching names!

Can confirm this! I just ran into this problem, when following #66 after unchecking "merge duplicate contacts".
