Upcoming Alarm Notification does not show Label

Steps to reproduce the bug

Set an Alarm with a label When it is within 10 minutes of the alarm time, an "Upcoming Alarm" notification is created

Expected behavior

The notification should include the label... something like "Upcoming Alarm - Label"

Actual behavior

The notification just says "Upcoming Alarm" without the label

Additional information

The label associated with an alarm doesn't appear in the notification until the alarm fires. If a user sets a label for an alarm, it would be helpful for it to show in the Upcoming Alarm notification so that the user knows which alarm is upcoming.
