Feature description

Events that have been cancelled should not still send a reminder to the user if a reminder is enabled

Why do you want this feature?

If an event is cancelled, I may not want to delete it, but I don't want to be reminded of it either.

What calendar provider do you use (if any)?

Cancelled events have a habit of being automatically deleted: https://github.com/FossifyOrg/Calendar/issues/482

What calendar provider do you use (if any)?

I'm not sure. I have Fossify Calendar installed on GrapheneOS, so if anything it would be the provider AOSP uses.

Sorry, I meant calendar service as in Nextcloud or Google, not the android content provider.

So, do you keep your events locally or synchronized?

I can confirm that local calendar shows reminders for cancelled events. But they are just cancelled, they are not removed from the calendar.

Locally.
