Reminder times being changed to large negative numbers on recurring events

Steps to reproduce the bug

Create event with 2 reminders set (does not seem to matter as happens with multiple events but normally around 14 hrs and 1 hr) and set to recur weekly (though think have had with yearly and monthly reminders too). This was also a problem intermittently with Simple Calendar. After some time the reminders change from 14 hours and 1 hour to, for example, '-30912 minutes before' and normally this is shown more than once on the event, sometimes other reminder has different number such as '-20145 minutes before'. The reminders are the same throughout all instances of this recurring event.

My calendar is set to sync via DAVx5 (v4.4.3.2-ose from F-droid) to a calendar on my domain host and then also sync to another phone and my Thunderbird calendar both of which can also sync back the same way. Sometimes the events are created direct in the app and sometimes in Thunderbird Calendar and not noticed that the issue is specific to just 1 of those original sources. It does not seem to happen to all such recurring events.

Expected behavior

I expect the reminder time to stay consistent and remind before each event at the appropriate time.

Actual behavior

Notifications don't happen once times are corrupted.

Not sure if it is the same issue but set a weekly recurring event with a reminder for 10 mins before and 12hrs before and a reminder for 5hrs and 53m AFTER has appeared in the event.

Still have latest version of 1.2.0 on Android 10.

Willing to help triage.
