Some weapons share same netprop meters

Some weapons with different classes share same client's netprop, which is unintended to start of. Somehow store meters separate to each weapons, if there a sane way to.

Weapons that can be obtained together in randomizer that share same meters:

  • m_iDecapitations for Airstrike, Eyelander and Bazzar Bargin
  • m_flRageMeter for Banners, Phlogistinator and Hitman Heatmaker
  • m_iRevengeCrits for Manmelter, Frontier Justice and Diamondback

WIP multiple weapons branch resolves this issue for all 3 properties mentioned, by using several functions in properties.sp to help it.

However since support for multiple weapons in same slot is in the works, this would add problems to more properties, which I suspect includes:

  • m_flHypeMeter for Soda Popper and Baby Face Blaster
  • m_flItemChargeMeter for Thermal Thruster, Gas Passer, Sandvich and Razorback
  • m_flChargeMeter for Chargin Targe (Not even sure how I want to handle with multiple charges)
