Solemn Vow show HP non-functional

Using the Solemn Vow as any class other than Medic/Spy results in a blank nameplate with the HP showing as though the player were already dead. Related Video: https://youtu.be/AgVF0hG1KJg

I don't think there a way to fix this display as it done client side, best I can do is to use hud bottom left to display target name and health
