Shields crit/minicrit improperly

Shields take further to crit than they should and will not work with non-demos without shield bashing the victim. Related Video: https://youtu.be/0lJfTXJFXRY

I'm not sure if https://github.com/FortyTwoFortyTwo/Randomizer/commit/2c5f1812fdb6e144ec696cf01583238a486eaa56 fixed what you said, but I noticed some weapons does not give minicrit effect, eg fists. I've already spent hours trying to fix it but never got it working.
