An updated (non-conflicting) version of PR #73.

@kenwheeler @paulathevalley @kylecesmat Friendly ping. If there's anything we can do to aid with getting this merged please let us know. This feature makes context work intuitively within component-playground, and we have been making use of this feature this in our application for almost a year without issue.
