Okay, so I had a look at it, I will probably modify the incl/locale.inc.php file later this week, so that there is a option for the user to select the language and also that it does not fail if the HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE parameter is not submitted (eg. when run from command line)

I've continued to work on the translation inside processing.inc.php. Will commit when I have fixed an issue.

@Forceu I see that last year I also committed my username and password for Kolonial (can you please remove that at some point)? I deleted my fork and now I'm not able to reconnect it and fix the commit history.

@olekenneth Sorry that I haven't processed your pull request yet! Because the branch is deleted, I cannot edit the file unfortunately. After some researching I think the only way to remove the credentials would be to have this PR deleted by Github support, as it is not part of the actual git repository and therefore I cannot rewrite it.

Please create a new branch and PR, so I can write Github to have this one deleted.
