add hash -r on font load

No problem, I just think if the font-manager, were to call hash -r or something like that, then the fonts would be available without having to reload the terminal.

Its just a thought, and I realize the general use case is probably not for terminal uses.

Describe the solution you'd like when a font is loaded it becomes immediately available to the terminal as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered type hash -r after loading 1 or more fonts.
