[WIP] Save last readed position

Save last readed position using html tag

and when open the book got to position.

Hi, this PR has been stale for almost 2 years. Can a beginner iOS engineer be of any help? I'm slowly using FolioReader for a project, where the implementation of realm is a no no, and would love to help migrating away if possible?
