Enable "Clear Formatting" and "Normal Format" menu items

There are options to select various Heading and others but there is no easy way to "Clean up the formatting" back to standard text entry i.e. "Normal" format.

Can it be added? The documentation has an example implementation http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Configuration3x:formats
