Allow to assign uploaded files to multiple tags

One of the biggest issue with current Media module is the fact that we can't assign uploaded images to multiple tags. For example if we have 100 photos from holidays in Warsaw we would like to assign them to tags warsaw and holidays - this si very simple example but assigning each photo to second tag after upload is real pain.

We could have some select field in the upload modal where we could pick tags whoch should be added to uploaded assets. Maybe also multiple collections will be an option but tags are priority imo :)
