[BUG] Agentflows Tool node won't save Custom Tool Parameters

Describe the bug When adding a Tool via "Custom Tool," the selected tool won't save. After closing and opening the dialogue, the Select Tool field is blank again. I've tried different combinations of saving or filling in parameters, but nothing seems to take.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Tool Node
2. Configure the node with Custom Tool
3. Add your custom tool in the Custom Tool Parameters selection
4. Close the dialogue
5. Open the dialogue and see that your Custom Tool Parameter is now blank

Expected behavior I expected the Parameter to save.

Additional context The console doesn't appear to produce any unusual/related errors.
