Added feature Latex text splitter under text splitters.

thanks for the PR! @Pravesh-mansharamani langchain just changed the approach of text splitter - https://js.langchain.com/docs/modules/indexes/text_splitters/examples/code#latex can we follow the update as well? Sorry for the rework!
