[BUG] Upload image button always enabled

Describe the bug

  • The upload image botton is always enabled, even if you disable the feature. Check captures.

Setup

  • Flowise Version is up to date.

Additional context

  • When the feature is enabled, it works as expected. When the feature is disabled, the upload button is still present, but the agent does not what to do with the image, get bugged trying to use tools with it.
