Allow for collapse/expand of ui-group
Description
In Dashboard 1.0, it's possible to enable an accordion type interface for any ui-group. This can also be controlled with open/close controls via the ui-control node too.

Not sure what you mean? This is the Node-RED Dashboard 2.0 repository? It's tagged "Dashboard 1.0" as we have a board that tracks Feature Parity, so anything with this tag shows there as a way of us easily seeing "Dashboard 1.0 had this, and we don't support it atm"
