Can't map Stardrop to SMAPI, as well as can't launch Stardew from Stardrop (Mac)

Hello!

I pray whoever is reading this is doing well! I am semi-new to this, so please forgive my lack of knowledge. On top of this, I am using a MacBook Pro, so I apologize for the trouble with that. Basically, I try to map Stardrop to "StardewModdingAPI", but Stardrop says "The given file isn't "StardewModdingAPI.dll" Reverting to previous path". On top of this, I can't launch Stardew from Stardrop, but this has been fine since when I launch the game from steam, the mods I do have work just fine. The issue is I want to download more mods and would like to use Stardrop as my mod manager to keep everything organized and easy to turn mods on and off instead of moving the files around. I have attached relevant pictures showing the errors that occur. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to share in order to resolve these issues!

Thank you in advance for your help!

I had this problem on Linux because the dialog box before says it's looking for StardewModdingAPI. That is incorrect. It's looking for the actual file called StardewModdingAPI.dll in your game folder. Select that particular file using the file menu, and the rest should autopopulate.

I think the dialog box as you telling you to look for StardewModdingAPI qualifies as a bug
