Unable to differentiate between some mods

I am having a problem knowing which mod is what. A lot of mods have similar names, and no way to make a note. Also, some mods are able to take me to the mod page, while others are not. It would be great if there was a way to make a personal note on each mod to remember exactly what it does, and would be even better is there was also some kind of organization tool like tags and/or folders. I love this application though as it is, as I probably would be lost without it. Just thinking about quality of life things that I can't stop dreaming about.

Hello. All of those ideas are features I would love to have, too.

Adding support for notes sounds like a great idea. You could see the note in the tooltip description after the mod's own description, you could add or remove a note and modify the note.

I can imagine having tags could very much simplify managing multiple mods, too. It definitely sounds like an interesting idea.

Grouping mods in some kind of folder hierarchy is related to #143. It is a WIP, but you can see from the screenshot how it looks like. It helps me immensely, as managing 3k mods as separate items in the list is impossible. This is nowhere close to full support for folder hierarchy, however. Simply grouping based on the mod's manifest path. Would you find this kind of grouping already useful?
