[REQ] Enable Logging config.js variable.

[geekism]

Allow a user to enable logging, for ERR, WARN, INFO, DEBUG.. based off a value within config.js

for example

logging: 0=off, 5=debug,

and prints the level of info into a single file "access_log/error_log"
