[Feature Request] Allow to share lists

Currently you can only share trails, but not lists. I would like to edit lists together as well. Additionally it seems logical to add the full "sharing" options to lists - make them publicly available or share them privately.

Similar feature discussed here https://github.com/Flomp/wanderer/issues/76 when the list concerns a multi-segment track. Could probably be extended to arbitrary multi-segments tracks, like regional hikes etc.

Hello!

It seems, that it's only possible share lists in v0.9.0 to other logged in users. If I copy the link and try to open it without beeing logged in, only the login page is showing up. Example from the demo instance: https://demo.wanderer.to/lists?list=njvv0yatl30mlgr (via "copy link")

All tracks in this list are set to "public".

It would be nice to share lists with other people, that haven't a login.

Or am I doing something wrong?
