add tasks (to project) enhancement

Problem Description: currently tasks get added to the inbox unless the note is linked to a project if a task is added underneath a project toggle it will not be added to that project

Preferred Solution: if a task is underneath a Toggle from a Project it should be added to that project when crosslinked (also the correct section
