Add admin option to view simulations

We are thinking about ways to show the possibilities from having a rich data model that includes the recording time of data. One of the features we could add is a simulation button that runs through the date selection, and updates the charts shown on the asset page. This would show how new information is published at certain times and how schedules are updated in real time accordingly.
