Sky is not smooth nor does fog exist

What happened?

the sky is broken up and the fog doesnt work. i dont know how to explain it but heres a screenie. yes its sodium extra

The sky being broken doesn't seem to be sodium extra's problem, disabling sodium extra does not fix the issue. And the fog works as intended
