Make the Tags tab more useful for regular users

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the Tags tab doesn't display any tag descriptions unless you click on a tag, and the tags aren't searchable (also, all tags except Auto-zipped have empty Description fields even when clicking on them? I assume this is a bug though). Additionally, there's no rundown of how our search operators work included in the launcher. This means that, in order to use Flashpoint most effectively, one must have multiple programs open (i.e. Flashpoint, a web browser, and Discord).

Describe the solution you'd like Add a search bar onto the Tags section of the launcher as well as a Description field that is visible without needing to click on every tag to see it. Additionally, a brief guide on how to effectively use search operators could be accessible from this tab (or another part of the launcher). Opening Flashpoint for the first time could also gently direct users to this tutorial (and possibly the tag filter setting page too) as well so that they can find games they're interested in more effectively without having to ask someone or seek tutorials outside of the launcher. Adding a tag search bar could even make the FP launcher slightly more helpful for searching tags than the wiki, since the launcher displays tag aliases which could be covered by the search function, unlike if one was to ctrl+f the wiki's tag page.
