Search bar makes search on a playlist, instead of all games

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I have a playlist selected, and I use the search bar to search for a name, generally I can't find the game, because it searches inside the playlist, and not on the whole game list. I have to select "All Games" from the category to be able to globally search again.

Describe the solution you'd like It doesn't seem like searching inside a playlist is something really needed, so a solution could be to automatically search on all games, regardless where I have a specific playlist selected or not. Alternatively, the search could be separated in two sections: a search inside the playlist, and a search on all games.

suggestion to add: I like searching in playlists to verify if a game is in the playlist. alternatively a setting in config to global search is nice. as for 2 searches, as someone with a low power laptop, performing 2 searching may not be a good idea for performance sake
