Creating a segment without setting its required metadatas fails silently

Describe the bug

Creating a segment without filling the required metadatas doesn't show the error. Nothing happens while it failed silently

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a metadata field, required for segment
2. Create a segment without filling it

Expected behavior

It should show an error banner with the reason of the error
