Store webhook requests
Is your feature request related to a problem?
At the moment, outgoing webhook requests (success or failed) are not stored.
The point of this feature would be to store and retain them for X days in order to:
- Improve observability and monitoring
- Identify stale webhooks / proactively alert users (cf Stripe)
- Ability to replay webhook events if needs be
- Provide users with the history of webhook events (in a table)

Create a new schema and store selected outgoing webhooks (FK on a specific webhook)
