Conditional mediation still requires a "per-session" and unique challenge, the same as non-conditional mediation. The challenge isn't unique "per user" it's "per-page-access".
Same issue here, downgrade to 1.0.83 resolves.
At that point in the flow we should have access to the RS name so this should be pretty easy :)
@yaleman So past william was probably wrong here. At the point we are hitting the oauth2 page and we get the "Sign in to proceed" we *dont* have the displayname...

Oh and yes, 404 would have been nicer, but also that goes into our error handling that is too coarse to what code it returns. That's also a bigger issue...
@Seba-T The problem is that right now sometimes we want it as a 404, sometimes we want it to be a 200, sometimes we want it to be a 500....
I think we need a bigger wholistic effort to improve fault/error reporting. We can resolve this I think by having a custom error for this situation to make a 404...
