Better logging

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the current codebase, lots of exceptions aren't logged, probably because of the absence of logging setup.

Describe the solution you'd like Easy way to log stuff, like, Microsoft.Extensions.Logging backed by Serilog probably.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just hiding exceptions, as it is now, this causes problems really.
