[BUG] "Error: Please use $(ref:runtime.getURL)."

Describe the bug When Header Editor is installed in Firefox, Browser Console gets cluttered with repeats of this message when browsing any webpage -

Error: Please use $(ref:runtime.getURL).

For example, a lot of these come up when going to Header Editor options > Help, clicking View and letting that page load.

This noise makes it harder to read through other Browser Console messages. Could this please be fixed?

Rule and Test address It happens regardless of rules. It happens even in completely default Header Editor configuration and new Firefox profile.

Extra informations I think this is likely because Header Editor uses browser.extension.getURL, which is deprecated.
