The tick trigger is NOT fixed to 1 second. It is configuable. Not ingame... but at least in config files with the path of regions..tickDelay add it, if it is...

Flags should be fixed. We might want to look into the confilct with Essentials-Chat however

If Player leaves when only 2 people in game the game keeps going
