[ Feature Request ] - ISO-20022 Interational Financial Institutions Standardizations Module

The Federal Reserve Bank has recently stated it's intent to adopt the ISO-20022 messages for transactions with it's Fedwire product. SWIFT adopted this messaging format in 2018.

It would be advantageous to have a module for all central banks interested in LINE blockchain solution for CBDC. Here are some pertinent links.
