Added RU and updated UA localizations

Description

This PR adds RU localization for Embeddium and Sodium strings, and also updates UA localization.

Native's take

візуалізація translates literally as visualization, which deviates from the original EN string, and does not convey the original meaning behind it. рендеринг, on the other hand, means render/rendering.
