Play same song only after x minutes, after x other songs.

Songs should be shown in list but not played and not be able to vote on by guests .. only by admin.

Also identify duplicate songs by title and artist (use fuzzy logic matching) ands show in de same way as exactly same song like mentioned above. Blocked but votable by Admin
