[Suggestion] Update for Fabric 1.16.5

The fabric port is only up to 1.14, I wish to use it on my 1.16.5 server!

Supporting both Fabric & Forge at the same time ended up being too much work for me. This will not happen unless someone decides to join the team and maintains that branch
