In place intersect

Description

In the spirit of the new UnionInPlace, we should provide a IntersectInPlace which reuses that containers of the source operand. This could provide some significant performance improvements on the GroupBy operation

Success criteria (What criteria will consider this ticket closeable?)

A zero allocation IntersectInplace function that passes all the tests for intersect
