I was looking for a good and extremely fast P2P file sharing framework that used either QUIC or UDT and came across yours.

In reading about it, I see:

Since this is just used for file transfer, a peer will only connect to at most one other peer

Does this mean that it seeks the fastest and nearest peer to stream from for a single particular file?

If I understand then it is also not like bittorrent in that it gets parts of files from different peers but instead gets the whole file from a single peer using QUIC for higher speeds, correct?
