High DPI support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. FastReport Community 2025.2.0 Designer/Viewer don't seem to have high DPI support. I use 125% DPI, and they look really fuzzy. And if I disable their scaling, then the font becomes incredibly small.

Describe the solution you'd like Add high DPI support.

I'm using 1440p resolution at 125% DPI scale.

Could you please let us know if you change the resolution before running FastReport Community Edition? We do not recommend to change the scaling while the programme is running.
