Linkvertise is already bypassed, yes, however I think we should be using crowd bypass aswell, for scenarios where captchas appear

Imho, this should work by:

1. Checking Crowd Bypass
2. a. If found, use it
   b. Otherwise, wait for captcha
3. On captcha completion, use current bypass method, and add resulting URL into Crowd Bypass DB
