Window sizing rules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have some programs that need to stay at the same resolution or the same aspect ratio at the least, and I don't want to have to set them to float by default to do that.

Describe the solution you'd like A way to specify aspect ratio or resolution for a program and have the layout adjust accordingly. For example, I make modfiles for NotITG, and most files for that game are made for a 4:3 aspect ratio since that's what the game defaults to. I'd say have something where you could set the aspect ratio or resolution as a rule for a program, and could have it automatically open in a panel with space under it or next to it for another program. Could also add something that allows for the ability to specify what percentage of the screen width or height a program will start with.

Describe alternatives you've considered I mean, I could just float the window, but it would be easier to just have the options to have additional sizing rules for specific programs, especially so I won't have to manually resize the window every time I want to open it.

Something like this example would be easier to do as well. Pretty much could make it so that you could gave a rule for the window to take up at the most a certain width, say 25%, as well as an aspect ratio rule to keep it at a 4:3 resolution, and open a panel to that width and place that program into it, to allow for then another program to be placed under it.
