FancyWM not compatible with Virtual Desktop Service (VDS) in Windows 11 24H2

Describe the bug When opening FancyWM a message appears around incompatible VDS service on the latest Windows 11 24H2 update.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update Windows to 24H2 build (26100.1742)
2. Open FancyWM
3. See error

Expected behavior Switch between virtual desktops using configured key bindings.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• OS Build: 26100.1742
• FancyWM Version: 2.14.0.0

I've been seeing this message too, and now I've come here I now realise why this app doesn't work. Dammit!!! because it DID work for a few, brief, tantalising but glorious moments.

The specific issue I'm having is key mappings. The default "Shift + Win + 1" etc. DID very briefly work. Now though, whichever alternative modifiers I choose, anything that includes the Win key simply activates the default Windows shortcut of thereby opening item pinned to my taskbar. [edit] as opposed to switching desktops - the feature which DID work, very temporarily
