panel is obscured by the windows taskbar when taskbar is `docked on top` of the screen

Describe the bug when the windows taskbar is set to be docked on top side of the screen (see settings below) ss_20240319_i7-13700_aUD4coP76X

then the fancyWM panel is obscured by the taskbar (using the default settings of fancywm, the panel will be completely obscured, screenshot below showing increased panel height value) :

it's possible to somewhat alleviate the issue by increasing/maximizing panel height and windows gap in fancywm settings (but at the cost of screen estate. also if the taskbar is multi-line, the max values might not be big enough to show the fancywm panel)

To Reproduce dock the windows taskbar on top of the screen, and use fancyWM panel or popup

Expected behavior the position of the panel and popups should adapt depending on the position of the taskbar

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • OS Build: 21H2
  • FancyWM Version: 2.11.0.0

Similar, but different - I often lose my taskbar at the bottom of the screen because panels expand to full height and are on top of the taskbar. Is there a way to have FancyWM use the available height above the taskbar if the taskbar is visible? That's what I want to be able to do, but I can't seem to get it there. Sometimes it does this on it's own, often it does not
