Window floating is monitor specific
Describe the bug When manually floating a window, it only applies to the monitor the window is currently in. When dragging it into another monitor, it is no longer floating. The original monitor it was floated in does, however, remember the state when dragging it back over.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Float a window.
- Drag to another monitor.
Expected behavior I assumed floating a window would float the window regardless of which monitor it was then moved to.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: win10
- Version 21H2 64-bit
Additional question Is there a way to un-float a window?
Another thing I've noticed with multi monitor setup (3 monitors), dragging a chrome window from the left monitor to the middle monitor forces float (FancyWM makes the error sound), but then resumes normal behavior upon entering the right monitor (not floating). Dragging back and forth maintains this behavior. I think the window needs to be opened within the left monitor to replicate the issue (chrome reopening windows the way they were closed). Also, this is on desktop 2 for me, I don't remember having this issue on desktop 1 (away from the computer at the moment).
