Date modified / created not preserved

I am currently using it with the --delete flag, but I assume this would happen either way; the date modified and date created filesystem attributes are not preserved. I typically use this for sorting files, however, after having h265ize monitor a file and reencode incoming media for a short while, I realise this was super broken.

I also note that even some of the metadata is lost, eg I have .MOV files from my old iPhone 6 that have 'Media created' under the 'Origin' section of details (Windows sorry!), but after encoding this attribute is lost.
