Refreshing Interface

After the last update of the interface began to happen strange things. Every 5 seconds the interface will be reloaded, thereby resets the cursor position, causes the extra blink on the screen, the fadeout event is called twice (if the decay was caused by the update of the interface) and possibly something else. Can fix this problem?
